Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who wants ownership, impact, and long-term growth. This is not a maintenance role. This is a foundational build. You will work directly with executive leadership to architect, design, and develop an intelligent platform powered by modern engineering and AI capabilities. Your decisions will shape the system from day one.

Role Overview

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for designing and building a full stack platform that integrates modern engineering practices and intelligent automation.

• Architect and buid a full stack platform from the ground up
• Design backend services, APIs, and database structures
• Develop intuitive dashboards and modern user experiences
  
• Integrate AI APIs and intelligent automation capabilities
• Build scalable systems that handle structured and unstructured data
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices
• Collaborate directly with leadership to shape technical strategy and roadmap

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with strong technical fundamentals, curiosity about AI, and the ability to thrive in a small, fast growing environment.

• 3 to 7+ years of full stack development experience
• Strong experience with React, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks
• Backend experience with Node.js or Python
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong system architecture and problem solving skills
• Genuine curiosity and passion for AI and emerging technologies
• Comfort working in a high ownership, small team environment
