La Cour brings more than 20 years of experience in franchise development, multi-unit operations, business growth, sales, and organizational leadership. Throughout his career, he has managed large teams, overseen multimillion-dollar budgets, developed operational procedures, and contributed to the successful expansion of franchise networks.
His extensive background includes executive leadership, franchise sales and placement, profit and loss management, lead generation, process improvement, and team development. This combination of strategic and operational expertise will help EMMA International build a scalable franchise infrastructure, strengthen franchisee support, and expand access to the company’s life sciences consulting services.
La Cour holds a Six Sigma Green Belt and has completed professional education in strategic business leadership through the Wharton School, Agentic AI through Johns Hopkins University, and design thinking through the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
